Online Purchasing
Return/Cancellation policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase, subject to 20% restocking fee, full refund will be made less the carriage fee. All returns must be sent in the original packaging, in the same condition it was received. Damaged or faulty goods will not be accepted.
Faulty or damaged goods will be exchanged with the same goods at no additional cost, as long as we are informed within 24 hours of delivery. All goods will be inspected to determine whether the item appears faulty.

To cancel an online order placed, you must contact us within 24 hours. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. When contacting us to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. In case your order has not been dispatched, you will receive a full refund. Note that, if the item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case you can request a refund (minus carriage costs and 20% restocking fee).
Delivery policy
Delivery charges to mainland UK will vary from £2.50 to £12.99 depending on the item please call us on 020 88863100 for details of deliveries outside UK mainland.
Orders will be despatched same day and our couriers will deliver within 1-2 days subject to availability and provided order is received by 12PM. Delivery times are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5.30PM, smaller items will be sent by first class post.
Any damage or incomplete orders must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If you receive goods that are damaged or broken please call us on 020 88863100 immediately. You should check the goods within 24 hours of delivery otherwise no liability is accepted after this time.
